We live out of state and wanted to sell our condo.  Given this situation, most if not all of our correspondence was going to be remote.  Sue was recommended to us by friends.  The condo was also in need of significant updating.   Being an out of state owner, it was going to be difficult for us to oversee this project.  Sue had some excellent ideas on what we could do to capture market trends and was extremely involved in achieving the update we were all looking for.   In fact, Sue went above and beyond what our expectations were for a realtor.  She even did some planting around our deck area to accentuate our green space!  She is also very detailed oriented when it comes to the documents, making sure you understand completely what you are signing.   We would not hesitate to recommend Sue to anyone that might have a similar situation or is looking for a mountain real estate expert.
